Welcome to the vibrant world of Faneuil Hall Marketplace, a must-visit destination in the heart of Boston, MA. Nestled within the famed Quincy Market, this delightful Japanese restaurant caters to both locals and tourists seeking delectable flavors and quick service.
The ambiance blends the bustling energy of a food marketplace with the cozy appeal of a dining spot, making it a perfect choice for casual meals. The menu is a treat for those craving savory Asian dishes, with standout options including the Teriyaki Beef, fried rice, and various side orders like crab rangoon and noodles. Customers rave about the generous portions, proving that Faneuil Hall Marketplace is not just about convenience but also about quality and value.
One noteworthy aspect that patrons mention is the polite and speedy service. Michael Laferriere, a satisfied customer, highlights the surprising tastiness of the food, especially for a venue located in a tourist hotspot. Despite some reviews indicating room for improvement, particularly regarding vegetarian offerings, the overall culinary experience is commendable.
However, it's essential to note the mixed reviews when it comes to the vegetable selections. Customer Benjamin Congdon found the vegetarian options lacking in variety, while others, like Bryan Debarbieris, encouraged the double meat option for a more satisfying experience. This feedback illustrates the diverse perspectives of diners, showcasing the importance of choice and flavor in dining.
Amid the lively competition of the food hall, Faneuil Hall Marketplace continues to shine. The chicken with white rice and vegetables, as celebrated by Alexandra Honor Arrivillaga, stands out not just for its taste but also for its cleanliness and value. It exemplifies the essence of what makes this restaurant a go-to spot: hearty meals at reasonable prices.
Planning your visit? Be aware that parking can be tricky, but the journey is worth it. From warm miso soup to refreshing hot green tea, the drink options complement the flavorful dishes perfectly, adding to a joyous culinary adventure.
In summary, Faneuil Hall Marketplace captures the essence of quick, delicious Japanese cuisine, making it a notable stop for anyone exploring Boston. Whether you're in the mood for teriyaki or fried rice, this eatery has something to satisfy your cravings while delivering quick, friendly service in a bustling atmosphere. Don’t miss it on your next visit!

Vegetarian option was a bit disappointing. I think it was just the same base as you would get with meat, it just without meat. Lots of cabbage, but only a few veggies. The price was ok, though.

Surprisingly tasty and big portions for a restaurant located in a tourist trap. Quick & polite service and very tasty! Located in the east end of Quincy Market

I just tried the Teriyaki Beef with fried rice. It's good but a little expensive if you imagine that about 80% of the meal is just rice.

Great teriyaki plate. You have to go with the double meat and you wont be disappointed. The veggies could definitely use some love but over the plate was tasty and gave me all the protein and flavor I needed. This place is in a food hall with a ton of other options. Receipt shown is for a double meat plate.

Teriyaki chicken was good, well seasoned, but the rice and vegetables that came with it were not as good, 3/4 of the plate was plain white rice.
